Rajesh Prabhakaran joined as Vice President, Global Delivery for BlueOrbit in November 2016. He is responsible to integrate business needs and technology and deliver customized solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. He provides expertise and drives execution in partnership with leadership for multiple portfolios, containing numerous products/ solutions roadmaps. His role also involves creating strategies for risk mitigation, contingency planning and evaluate & communicate overall delivery performance and output.

In addition to this, he is also responsible for competency development at BlueOrbit and to establish the competency centers and community of practices.

He brings over two decades of vast experience in designing and establishing various delivery methodologies in Information Technology industry in multiple geographies. His previous responsibility involved successful delivery of complex projects in Insurance, Banking, Financial and Manufacturing industry.

His passion is to continuously evolve and increase the maturity of digital capabilities including processes, tools and talent and evangelizing and implementing best practices.
